Return Process

  Once your request is received, our quality assurance team will review the uploaded images or videos of the product to verify the claim of damage or defect.

  Reverse Pickup

  After approval, we will schedule a free reverse pickup from your registered address; please ensure the furniture is dismantled and kept in its original packaging.

  Refund Processing

  Upon the item reaching our warehouse and passing a final physical inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
